Historic Craftsman Getaway Awaits You

Awesome host, in both flexibility and hospitality!Our host was helpful and able to work through last minutes changes, which is very appreciated. The property was very nice but still needs a little more TLC. I understand it’s an old property but there are some details that require attention. For example, the furniture was very low quality. The couch literally sunk in when I sat down. For someone, like myself that has a bad back, this was a little shocking and I think it’s a featured that should be updated. The bunk beds were not very user friendly. My nephew had a hard time getting down from the top bunk and again, the frame of the bed felt of low quality and the sturdiness was questionable. Although, the property was easy to find it was not easy to pull in and out of the driveway for the larger vehicles. Given the alternative (parking on the street) this was appreciated but can use a little updating. Overall it was a good stay!

Ali was a great host, he clearly communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. His instructions were extremely clear and made check-in and check-out simple.The house was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and it had a lot of nice amenities to make our stay wonderful. We really enjoyed the stay, and the house is located by many bars, restaurants, and other things that are easily walkable. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a family of 5 adults and two children and accomodation was perfect. The house was a little tired but had all essential amenities. The house was very clean and tidy, a bathrooms were spotless and everything seemed to work. A little noisy late at night as it was in close proximity to downtown area, but also was great as we had our in-laws so it was easy to walk to downtown and to the Long Beach Harbour, overall very good for the price.Ali was a great host, very responsive to all our questions and needs.4/5 stars…
