I had a lovely time at this property. There were 8 of us staying and it wasn’t crowded at all. It’s very spacious and open which is great for a big group of people. Ali was very good with communication and absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend.
Ali was super responsive and a fantastic host. The house is very old and could use some TLC. You can tell that some things have been renovated recently but it has some things that could use some attention. The beds were very comfortable but the couches downstairs weren’t, one of them could stand to be replaced. The screen door is ripped pretty badly but there were secure locks on all the doors. The little A/Cs worked very well and kept the house cool. The floor needed to be mopped again – not the host’s fault and when I brought it to his attention he offered to have it done that day to remedy the situation. Overall it was worth the price and I would stay again, I would just like to see some more TLC brought to this lovely historic home. It had everything we needed, though! Location is good and there was plenty of parking, which is hard to find in Long Beach! Thank you, Ali!
